POLICY





  • Must be over the age of 16 (ID required)
  • Deposit of $60 required for all full set, infill or rebalance services
  • Deposits are non refundable
  • Please advise prior to 48 hours of your appointment if needing to cancel or reschedule
  • Appointment will be cancelled after 20 minutes late
  • ​No plain sets
  • No extra guests (disability and aged care workers excluded)
  • No working over sets from other salons - these will require a soak off removal
  • No shows will be charged an additional $70 and banned from booking future appointments

  • Location address will be sent to you in your appointment confirmation email
  • Please check your email for appointment details and reminders!
  • You are able to reschedule or cancel your appointment through your initial confirmation email up to 48 hours within your time booked
  • ​Please note a surcharge of 2.2% will occur for online deposits and 1.9% for card transactions in salon
